We require that our puppy questionnaire be completed in order to begin the puppy adoption process. But please only submit it if you have a serious interest in acquiring one of our puppies. Initial questions, such as "Do you have puppies available?" or "How much are your puppies?", are better suited to our contact us form.
Our puppy questionnaire was developed to help us get to know you, and to assist in finding the right home for the right puppy. Filling it out does not mean you are obligated to get a puppy from us.
Regarding the application questions, there are no right or wrong answers. Within a litter, the puppies can be quite different. Your honest and detailed answers will help us place the right puppy in the right home.
No doubt you will have questions for us as well, so be sure to take advantage of the "initial questions you would like us to answer" section at the bottom of our questionnaire!
We will review your puppy application and contact you to discuss our puppies and your requirements, as well as answer any questions you may have. We take the satisfaction of our buyers and the placement of our puppies very seriously. We are NOT the type of breeders who just tell people what they want to hear in order to sell a puppy.
After we have communicated with you regarding your application, please let us know whether you are interested in continuing the process of adoping a puppy. We don't mind if you elect to not get one of our puppies - we just want to know so we can proceed accordingly. We don't enjoy wasting our time with unnecessary follow-up emails and phone calls any more than you enjoy receiving them!
