Our puppy questionnaire was developed to help us get to know you, and to assist in finding the right home for the right puppy.  Filling it out does not obligate you in any way. 

We do require that the questionnaire be completed in order to consider you for one of our puppies.  However, please be aware that completion of this questionnaire does not guarantee a puppy!

Regarding the questions, there are no right or wrong answers.  Within a litter, the puppies can be quite different.  Your honest and detailed answers will help us place the right puppy in the right home.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
